Project brief

Make professional
services easy to choose.

NBRS needed a website that presents its maintenance services professionally and helps potential customers understand how to get started.

The design brings service information, customer reassurance and a quote-request form into one clear experience. The page hierarchy introduces the offer first, then supports visitors as they explore services and prepare an enquiry.

Responsive layouts adapt the content and enquiry path to desktop and mobile screens.

Research & discovery

Build confidence.
Make enquiry clear.

These discovery questions are based on the services and quote-request interface shown in the project design, not on reported user research.

01 / Understand

Can visitors quickly see what NBRS does?

People need to recognise the maintenance services and know whether the business can help with their requirements.

Design responseIntroduce the service offer clearly and make service details easy to find from the main navigation.
02 / Trust

Does the website feel professional?

Before making contact, potential customers need enough clarity and reassurance to continue the conversation.

Design responseUse a consistent visual hierarchy, service-focused content and a clear presentation of the business.
03 / Enquire

How can a customer request help?

The next step should be easy to spot, with a simple way to share the details needed for an enquiry.

Design responseMake the quote action visible and bring the request form into the service-discovery journey.

Research scope note: no interview, survey, usability-test or analytics results were supplied for this case study. These are design questions and priorities, not validated findings.

Design decisions

From challenge to response.

01 / Challenge

Explain services at a glance

Visitors need a quick overview before deciding which maintenance service to explore in more detail.

ResponseLead with a direct service message and organise supporting information into clear page sections.
02 / Challenge

Make the enquiry step visible

Customers should not have to search the page to find how to ask for a quote or discuss their needs.

ResponseGive the quote action a prominent place and provide an enquiry form with fields for contact and service details.
03 / Challenge

Balance information and action

The page needs enough context to introduce the business without obscuring the route to contact.

ResponsePair concise service content with clear navigation and a direct call to request a quote.
04 / Challenge

Support mobile enquiries

Visitors should be able to understand the offer and use the enquiry form on smaller screens.

ResponseAdapt the content and form layout for mobile while maintaining a readable sequence and usable controls.
Experience planning

A clearer route from service to enquiry.
